Come to Minnetrista and learn from McClure’s Orchard/Winery about the process of creating hard cider. They will guide participants through a tasting of traditional hard cider varieties! We will also share information about the Minnetrista orchard, our annual process of hand-pressing cider, and the various types of apples we have available in The Orchard Shop during apple season.
