Minnetrista Ticket Policy

• Members must “sign-in” with your email to access your member discounts for your household.

• To be eligible to receive the local discount, please register with our site prior to your purchase. 

• Tickets are good for the day and time you choose.

Ticket Cancellation Policy

• Admission tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend on your chosen date, your ticket(s) may be rescheduled to a new date within three months of the original ticketed date.

• Requests to reschedule admission tickets must be made prior to your ticketed date. Requests for same-day ticket changes will not be honored.

• If, for reasons outside of Minnetrista’s control, we are unable to open or operate during your ticketed day, we will offer you an opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.

Bob Ross Painting Workshops Ticket Policy

• Bob Ross Painting Workshops are for ages 14 & up unless otherwise noted.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

• We will accept cancellations for painting workshops up to a week out from the class date. In these cases, we will reschedule or refund based on the customer’s preference. Requests for refund or rescheduling with less than a week’s notice will not be honored.

• If, for reasons outside of Minnetrista’s control, we are unable to operate during your scheduled class, we will offer you an opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.
