Muncie, IN – Minnetrista Museum & Gardens is excited to announce a special community yoga event, Yoga is for EveryBody, on September 28 on the scenic East Lawn. This inclusive Vinyasa yoga class, led by the esteemed Che’Reese Anderson, MBA, MSN/HC, RN, and CEO of Namaste, is designed to welcome participants aged 13 and up, celebrating diversity and well-being for all.
Yoga is for EveryBody is not just a class—it’s a celebration of unity and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga, known for its creative sequences that link breath with movement, offers a flowing and dynamic practice that adapts to the needs of each individual. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is a perfect opportunity to connect with your body, mind, and spirit in a supportive and welcoming environment.
“We believe that yoga is a practice for everyone, regardless of your experience level, body type, or background,” said Che’Reese Anderson. “This event is about embracing our shared humanity and celebrating the strength, flexibility, and peace that resides within each of us.”
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat (or beach towel), wear comfortable clothing, and come with an open heart. The class will begin at 1:00 p.m. and last for approximately one hour. This event is free and open to the public.
