Muncie, IN—Minnetrista Museum & Gardens is thrilled to announce a landmark exhibition, Hoosier Art Salon: A Century of Artistry from the Heritage Collection. Running from June 15 to September 8, 2024, this exhibition showcases a curated selection of artwork by distinguished past and present Salon members from East Central Indiana, offering visitors a unique opportunity to appreciate the significant contributions these artists have made to Indiana's cultural landscape.
Artists from East Central Indiana have played an integral role in the Hoosier Art Salon’s history, elevating the state’s reputation for fine art through their exceptional contributions. In honor of the Salon’s 100th anniversary, Minnetrista has meticulously curated a selection of artwork from its Heritage Collection, featuring pieces by both past and present Salon members from our region. This exhibition marks the first time these works will be displayed together, providing a rare opportunity to explore and appreciate the significant contributions Hoosier artists have made to Indiana's artistic legacy.
